Who we are

What we collect
What you send us. When you fill out a form on this site, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, and, depending on the form, your address, email, agency name, and a description of what happened. We only get what you choose to send.
How the site is used. We use Google Analytics to see how visitors use the site, such as which pages get read, how people found us, and whether someone tapped our phone number or sent a form. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your browser, device type, general location, and the pages you visit. It does not tell us your name.
How we use it
We use what you send us to call you back, schedule an inspection, and do the work you ask us to do. We use the analytics to understand what is working on the site and improve it.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else handles it
A few service providers help us run the site and they handle your information only to provide that service: our website host (Vercel), our email delivery service (Resend), and Google Analytics. We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions as long as we need them to serve you and keep our job records, including the documentation an insurance claim may need. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
You can set your browser to block cookies, or install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. To see, correct, or delete what you have sent us, call (913) 307-6086.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
